Background
About Jordan
Jordan James completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Western Australia before going on to complete his Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University of Technology. His clinical training spanned a wide range of settings, giving him experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological populations, geriatric care, and oncology physiotherapy across placements at Austin Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital and Exercise Thought Physiotherapy.
Alongside his clinical studies, Jordan has worked as a sports trainer at an elite level, spending time with Claremont Football Club in the WAFL and St Mary’s Salesians in VAFA Division 1. In those roles he worked directly alongside physiotherapists and coaches to manage injuries, conduct sideline triage, and support players through return-to-sport. That environment — fast-paced, high-stakes and heavily team-based — sharpened his ability to make clear decisions quickly and communicate well under pressure.
Jordan has a genuine interest in exercise as a tool for rehabilitation and long-term health. He approaches each patient with the same goal: to understand what matters to them, build a clear plan, and help them make real progress toward it.
