All fees are payable on the day of your appointment. HICAPS rebates are processed on-site — you pay only the gap. Fees shown are full out-of-pocket rates before rebates.
Billing Options
Your billing options explained
Private Health Insurance (HICAPS)
- Most major private health funds are accepted including Medibank, Bupa, HCF, NIB, HBF, and more.
- We process your rebate on-the-spot via HICAPS — you only pay the gap amount at the time of your appointment.
- The rebate amount depends on your specific policy and level of extras cover. We recommend checking with your fund before your first appointment.
- Private health is available for physiotherapy and remedial massage (conditions apply — see Tori note below).
- No referral is needed to use your private health insurance with us.
Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care — EPC)
- Medicare rebates are available for physiotherapy under a GP Management Plan (also called a Team Care Arrangement or EPC plan).
- Your GP must refer you and provide an EPC referral before your first Medicare-rebated appointment.
- Up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year are covered under this scheme.
- A gap payment applies — Medicare does not fully cover the cost of physiotherapy consultations.
- Bring your Medicare card and EPC referral letter to your first appointment.
DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs)
- We are registered DVA providers and welcome Gold and White card holders.
- DVA Gold card holders receive fully covered physiotherapy with no out-of-pocket cost for approved conditions.
- DVA White card holders are covered for conditions accepted by DVA.
- A referral from your GP or specialist is required before your first DVA-funded appointment.
- Please bring your DVA card and referral to your appointment.
WorkCover & ICWA
- We treat patients with accepted WorkCover WA and ICWA (Insurance Commission of WA) claims.
- Your employer or insurer must have an accepted claim before we can bill under WorkCover.
- Bring your claim number, insurer details, and GP referral (if required) to your first appointment.
- WorkCover-funded treatment is focused on your return-to-work rehabilitation goals.
- We work collaboratively with your GP, employer, and insurer to support your recovery.
Private health claiming is not available with Tori. She holds a UK Sports Therapy qualification and brings 10+ years of experience, however her qualification is not currently recognised in Australia for health fund purposes. To offset this, Tori offers a $10 discount on your initial appointment and a $30 discount on all subsequent full-priced appointments. Our other massage therapist, Amir, is fully recognised and private health rebates apply.

Billing FAQs
No — you can book directly without a referral for standard physiotherapy. A referral is only required if you want to claim through Medicare EPC or DVA.
This depends on your insurance, plan type, and appointment duration. Check your specific rebate amount with your health fund before attending. Current fees are displayed when booking online.
Yes, in most cases — provided your policy includes extras cover for remedial massage. This applies to appointments with Amir. Private health is not available with Tori (see note above).
Bring your Medicare card, your GP's referral letter, and the completed Team Care Arrangement or GP Management Plan. Without these we cannot process your Medicare rebate.
Yes — HICAPS is processed on-site at reception. You pay only the gap amount immediately. Medicare and DVA claims are also processed in-clinic.
You are welcome to attend as a self-funded patient while your WorkCover or DVA claim is being processed, and we can back-bill once it is approved in most cases. Contact us to discuss.
