Not at all. Programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're deconditioned, post-surgery, or an elite athlete returning to play.
Is exercise rehab covered by private health?+
Physiotherapy-prescribed exercise rehabilitation is covered by most extras policies. Check with your fund for your specific level of cover.
What equipment is available in your gyms?+
Our clinics include cable machines, barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, treadmills, stationary bikes, balance equipment, and more — everything needed for comprehensive rehabilitation.
Can I continue my regular gym training alongside rehab?+
