NDIS Physiotherapy in Perth

Move Physiotherapy supports NDIS participants under plan-managed and self-managed funding. We provide goal-aligned physiotherapy and detailed progress reports to support your NDIS plan reviews.

NDIS Physiotherapy

Physio that works toward your NDIS goals.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme funds physiotherapy as a Capacity Building support under Improved Daily Living. If you have this funding in your NDIS plan, Move Physiotherapy can provide physiotherapy services under both plan-managed and self-managed arrangements.

Our physiotherapists work with NDIS participants across a wide range of conditions — neurological, developmental, musculoskeletal, and complex presentations. Every program is built around the functional goals in your NDIS plan, with regular progress reporting to support your plan reviews.

We treat participants across all three clinics in Beeliar, Booragoon, and East Fremantle — with early morning, evening, and Saturday appointments available to suit your schedule and support worker availability.

Common Questions

NDIS physiotherapy FAQs

Does Move Physiotherapy accept NDIS clients?
Yes — we accept plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants at all three clinics. We are not a registered NDIS provider, which means we are unable to see agency-managed participants at this stage.
What NDIS funding category covers physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy falls under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Activity). Check your plan or ask your support coordinator to confirm you have this funding category.
How does billing work for plan-managed participants?
We invoice your plan manager directly using your NDIS participant number and the relevant support item code. There is no upfront cost to you.
How does billing work for self-managed participants?
You pay us directly and then claim reimbursement from the NDIA through your myplace portal. We provide itemised invoices with the correct support item codes.
Do I need a referral for NDIS physiotherapy?
No referral is required. You simply need physiotherapy funding under Capacity Building supports in your current NDIS plan.
Can physiotherapy help achieve my NDIS goals?
Yes — physiotherapy is one of the most commonly funded Capacity Building supports. We can help with mobility, strength, pain management, daily activity function, falls prevention, and community participation — all common NDIS goals.
Will you provide reports for my NDIS plan review?
Yes — we provide detailed progress reports documenting your functional gains, treatment goals, and future therapy recommendations. These reports are essential for supporting continued NDIS physiotherapy funding at your plan review.
Can you provide a service agreement?
Yes — we can provide a service agreement before treatment begins for participants who require one. Contact our admin team to arrange this prior to your first appointment.
