Dry Needling and Acupuncture share some commonalities. Both practices involve the insertion of an ultrafine filament needle – often around one 5th the size of a hospital needle, if not smaller – into the body with the aim of relieving pain. In both practices, in contrast with wet needling, no solutions are injected into the body.
